After paying for late check 7 in the morning, there was banging on the door after 11 followed by a call from front desk staff Moen, who proceeded to gaslight me without checking that I had already paid for late check out and then hung up the phone in mid conversation. Moen then came and knocked on the door asking if I’m doing late check out ???? I had come off a 12 hour shift that morning and was trying to get as much sleep as possible. Having travelled for work for the last 4 years I definitely rate this experience as the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure to come across.

All I can say is people be aware your safety is at risk!

Everything. Staff extremely rude and couldn’t commute well due to lack of knowledge of English! Extremely dangerous to people’s health and well being.
