3BR 2BA Retreat with Four Pools Gym and Onsite Dining Close to El Gouna

We arrived by 1:30 to check in at 2:00 and we were told by the receptionist to wait in the lobby until the room to be ready and suddenly after a lot of negotiations we checked in at 3:30!!! And BTW the room was horribly dirty after all of this waiting time, the bathrooms, the mat, the kitchen all of these were super dirty, the next day by 11:00 we were told by the receptionist to empty the room and leave or instead of this he will call the police! However we were a group of 2 special needs people, 2 babies, and 5 adults

Volt egy nagyon kedves alkalmazott az étteremnél, tiszta volt a szállás.

Sosem tudtak segíteni az eljutásban a városba, egyikünk az utazás során balasetet szenvedett és a személyzet semmiben sem segített. Emiatt le kellett mondanunk egy programot, amit még így is ki akartak fizettetni velünk.. konkrétan a semmi közepén van a hely, nincs kiépített út, ezt egyik képen sem lehet látni. A tengerpart tiszta szemét, ha többen van egy család, akkor nagyon nehéz eljutni bárhová..

Appartement spacieux, rooftop agréable avec un serveur sympathique. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner sur place ce qui est trés appréciable Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Les douches sont un peu vielillissantes. L'emplacement est excentré.

Loved my stay at this beautiful modern apartment and resort. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They were always a short message away for any queries and responded promptly. The apartment its self is lovely and clean with modern facilities and wifi included. The resort has 4 pools, one heated which was amazing. Gorgeous food at the on site resturant and very reasonably priced. 24 hour reception team who were also amazing. Definitely going to be booking again, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Check-in was simple and straightforward. I didn’t stay long as I was just passing through, but during my short visit, I found the apartment and resort to be peaceful and well-kept. I met a few owners on site who were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the whole place had a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I kept to myself as I was travelling alone, but I could see families really enjoying themselves - especially the kids who seemed to be in the pool all day having a great time.
