Alps at 150 Newport Blvd Condominum near T3

Location is great! Just across Terminal 3. Restaurants and shops are few steps away.

The Aircon is kinda noisy.

Very Spartan...Broken blackout curtain and a broken toilet seat.

The location is excellent as it is conveniently close to the airport, convenience stores, and restaurants, making it very practical. The owner, Albert, was very responsive and helpful, and the landlady, Ms. Peach, was friendly and quick to address an issue with the aircon, which I appreciated. Also, they allowed me to check out at 5 pm the next day for an extra ₱500 which was worth it.

The bed was uncomfortable and uneven near the headboard, which made it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, the bed sheet didn’t look clean, which made me question its hygiene. The TV remote was sticky, suggesting it wasn’t properly sanitized between guests, which left me uneasy about previous users. Most importantly, there wasn’t even a ‘welcome’ pack like a basic drinking water available so I had to buy some at 10 pm at night.

Owner was really kind.
