Location is fine.

The property is dirty. There are dirty dishes in dishwasher, with stingy smell. Long hairs are everywhere. Unknown yellow stains on the sofa bed mattress looked like pee.Beddings are not clean as well. Pots couldn’t work on the cooker. We asked the staff how to open the sofa bed, the staff told me to ask YouTube. I took pictures for all above dirty stuff in the place, they said they actually did not do it well but refused to give any compensation.

The location was great with the city centre walkable and the arena walkable too. The apartment was very well furnished and clean.

The outside of the property was not well maintained, there waa rubbish outside and there was no picture of the building so it took us a long while to be sure we were in the right place. The apartment itself was lovely but very very small, I don't believe 4 people would fit comfortably.

Nothing, the flat was extremely adequate.

Clean and tidy

No drying facilities. Some hooks on the back of the bathroom door would have been good.

the bank-bed was very handy and the pillows and bed in the bedroom was very comfortable

i couldn’t find how to turn off the heater in the bathroom, which had been burning since i arrived and made it feel like a sauna. also whenever i turned on the shower, the faucet in the kitchen would start screeching and leaking.
