Great property nice spacious and clean environment

the upstairs bathroom door its like a plastic thin folding door it wouldn’t stay closed and easily evades privacy and the downstairs bathroom is shared with between the room and main house

The apartment or townhouse, if you prefer, was a well-maintained, established property in a centrally located community. It was easy to find and in a good part of town. We felt safe and secure. The furnishings were simple, tasteful, comfortable and attended every need. The upscale appliances and fathroom findings were appreciated. The beds and linens were so nice. The porch and patio were lovely.

I had difficulty with the dishwasher starting. I didn’t want to break something because I was confused about the procedure. Perhaps instructions for the appliances could be added? I would have liked access to a vacuum or broom to help keep things tidy.

Great location, very quiet complex, overall clean.

Fix lock on patio door, clean or get rid of carpeting, stains everywhere! Desperately need a couple banisters, one on outdoor stairs and one indoors. The steps going upstairs are very high and steep and there is nothing to hold onto, dangerous! Air conditioner upstairs is very loud and annoying all night long.
