near the sea even 14 days won't feel enough

בהזמנה כתוב שהדירה נמצאת על יד הים (זה אפילו מופיע בשם שלה) אבל בפועל הדירה לא נמצאת אפילו קרוב לים. חבל שלא פתחנו את המפה לפני שהזמנו. כשביקשנו לקבל חשבונית מס על השהייה נתקלנו בבעיות עד כדי כך שבסוף פשוט ויתרנו עליה. כל דבר שהיינו צריכים בירוקרטית במהלך השהייה- נשלחנו הלוך חזור לשיחות באנגלית עם בוקינג וחוזר חלילה אל המארחת- שני הצדדים התנערו מכל אחריות כלפינו. שילמנו המון כסף על שירות ממש גרוע. הכי גרוע מכל זה- ביקשנו עוד לפני שהגענו לשהייה לקצר יום, אושר לנו לקצר את היום גם ע"י המארחת וגם ע"י בוקינג, הם מכרו את היום הזה לאנשים אחרים- ביקשו מאיתנו לעזוב מוקדם באותו בקור כי אורחים חדשים צריכים להגיע- אבל את הכסף על היום הזה לא קיבלנו בחזרה עד עכשיו. אחלה שיטת מצליח. לא נחזור.

Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. Nous avions réservé ce logement pour 9 nuits, mais nous avons quitté les lieux après seulement une nuit tant les conditions étaient inacceptables. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un appartement dans un état très décevant : traces sur les draps, moisissures dans la douche, taches sur les canapés, ménage insuffisant et sensation générale de saleté. Le logement est ancien, ce qui peut se comprendre, mais aucun effort de rénovation ou d’entretien sérieux ne semble avoir été fait. L’installation électrique était particulièrement inquiétante. La prise du climatiseur est située tellement loin de la prise murale qu’il faut utiliser une rallonge suspendue dans le vide pour pouvoir le brancher, ce qui nous a paru dangereux. Plusieurs éléments donnaient un réel sentiment d’insécurité. Le logement est également extrêmement bruyant. Les murs sont si fins qu’on entend absolument tout, au point où il est presque impossible de parler normalement sans que les voisins tapent contre les murs. L’expérience a été très inconfortable et stressante. Contrairement à l’annonce, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas correctement et il n’y avait pas de véritable espace extérieur agréable ou exploitable. Nous avons signalé immédiatement tous ces problèmes au propriétaire, mais aucun geste commercial ni réelle solution n’ont été proposés. Nous avons surtout ressenti beaucoup de mauvaise foi. Le plus choquant reste qu’après notre départ, le propriétaire nous a accusés d’avoir cassé une armoire déjà abîmée à notre arrivée, et a réclamé à Booking une indemnisation de 2500 shekels. Cette accusation est totalement fausse et cette démarche est, selon nous, honteuse. Nous voyageons régulièrement et n’avons jamais laissé un avis aussi négatif, mais cette expérience a été catastrophique. Nous déconseillons fortement ce logement.

Квартира просторная, чистая. Очень хороший Интернет и телевизор. Вся бытовая техника в наличии.

У самой квартиры только один недостаток - очень слабый напор воды в кухне. Из-за этого и посуду мыть почти невозможно, и стиральная машина не может работать корректно. Ну и недостаток скорее организационный - очень сложно договориться о продлении и провести оплату. Буквально семь потов сойдёт! Израильский Booking.com слабо доступен по телефону, автоответчик только на иврите. Собственники и управляющие находятся за пределами Израиля.

Appartment is very old and very poor maintained,located on the 3 rd floor without elevators!!Located on very loud street. Huge headache to find parking in surrounding area! Bad wall acoustics so you can hear very well neighbours in near by appartments and every car passing by outside. No water stream in the kitchen sink so the sink is unuseful. IN APPARTMENT DESCRIPTION FACILITIES ADVERTISED,BUT IN REALITY NOT AVAILABLE : parking, balcony,free toiletries,slippers,satellite channels,tea/cofee maker,ironing facilities,toaster,air purifiers. Only one socket in the bedroom, so can not plug air conditioner. No sockets at all in the bathroom! 30 minutes walk to the beach. CHARGED ON TOP of the price additional fee 508$!! for cleaning and other utilities, despite it was clearly indicated that these charges already INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!

A really lovely, fully equipped and spacious apartment in a super convenient location in Bat Yam. Perfect if you want to stay a bit longer (we stayed for 3 weeks and had everything we needed). Public transport is within walking distance and gets you to Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Jerusalem or the beach in no time. There are also plenty of small supermarkets, a bakery, a greengrocer and a few nice places to eat right in the neighbourhood – you really don’t have to leave the area for your daily shopping. Communication with the host was excellent: fast, friendly and very helpful. Everything was clearly explained upon arrival and they were always reachable via WhatsApp during the stay. In short: great value for money, clean, quiet and ideal for anyone who wants to explore Israel without being in the hectic centre of Tel Aviv. Definitely recommended!

Good service, good location and not expensive. So everything was excellent. The apartment was quite big and fully equipped.

I like it coz it's clean and the bed are so comfortable also the owner is very responsive and she always update me. I enjoyed my stay with a smooth transaction. I'd love to go back.
