This 6-bedroom Lake Havasu pool house was the perfect getaway for our group. The home is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for large gatherings without ever feeling crowded. Every room felt clean and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The backyard is the real highlight—huge, private, and built for fun. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing, and the fire pit made for great evenings under the desert sky. We spent most of our time outside because it truly feels like your own resort. Inside, the game room kept everyone entertained for hours with plenty to do, making it ideal for both adults and kids. The layout of the house makes it easy for multiple families or groups to stay together comfortably. Overall, this place delivers exactly what you want in a Havasu vacation home: space, comfort, entertainment, and an incredible outdoor setup. Would definitely stay again.

"All the attention to detail made this a wonderful spacious home to stay in. Absolutely would stay here again!"

Such a lovely spacious place, it was almost too big for our group of 22 people! The pool was clean and beautiful. The game room was fun and a great setup. The bunk beds were large enough to fit two people per bed. The AC blew hard and cold! Never had to worry about the Arizona heat. The kitchen was stocked with spices, plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery and silverware for each of our guests. Not to mention every big groups summer dream, an ENDLESS amount of towels. Which we appreciated oh so very much. Going in and out of the pool and lake… without the amount of towels they had supplied, we would have had to wash them 3 times a day. Having two refrigerators with our big group was a huge plus side. Along with the spacious pantry with easy access helped tremendously. The side gate was also a great add-on for extra parking for our trailer/boat. We fit about 7 cars on the property + our boat. There were also many plug-in fans around the house that we could move as we please. Overall the house was clean and beautiful, we would absolutely stay there again.

Had some miscommunication and disagreement with the property manager at first, the day before our stay, which was a huge stressor, but overall we came to a solution. The sliding glass door to the casita was horrendous to open/close every single time; which we were going in and out of at least 30 times a day. The bathroom in the casita also does not lock. The air hockey paddles were very cheap and broke upon normal use. There were workers that came multiple times throughout our stay without warning to work on the side of the casita and clean the pool. They didn’t bother us but a heads up would have been appreciated. If you’re sleeping in the loft of the game room it gets VERY warm throughout the night as there is no AC up there and even having 3 plug in fans facing the bed at night was still not enough to keep totally cool.
