The apartment was nice and modern. Good location and close to train station / metro.

This rating is mainly aimed at the customer service and communication from the owners of this apartment. Because the apartment ended up being ok. I originally booked for a summer trip and only after it was booked, did I realize there was no air conditioning. This was a big issue for me considering one of the guests with me has a health problem and the heat is unsafe for her. Unfortunately I had booked it as non refundable, big mistake, because the owners were not accommodating at all. I reached out countless times regarding my very serious concern for my friend and spoke to booking.com customer service multiple times as well. Every time booking.com tried calling the apartment owners to ask for a free cancellation / refund, the owners never answered the phone. They also stopped answering my messages when I was expressing my concern. Only after I reached out one last time days before the reservation, to make sure they would still honor our stay, they finally responded. They made up an excuse that the website wasn’t working and they were not able to respond to my messages, which was clearly untrue considering they didn’t even answer the phone. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional and unkind. My friend had to cancel her trip with us in the end due to her health problem and her concern for her safety. The summer heat in Torino was no joke. When we arrived, we had to purchase our own fans for the apartment because the owners had none. Except, they left us one fan that was broken, maybe on purpose ?? It was quite shocking that the apartment had no air conditioning as well because it was very modern and in a wealthy area of Torino. This experience dealing with the owners was very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to deal with rude people if you have any type of inconvenience.

Location is great in the middle of the center; the size is very good; the decoration is modern, exactly like the pictures. It was very clean

Bed could be more comfortable; shower cabinet needs a place to place the shampoos etc when taking a shower. Bathroom floor gets wet when you use the shower.

Everything was (almost) perfect. Great design, high quality furniture, luxurious bathroom and bedroom closet. Great location

I would have appreciated a few espresso capsules in the apartment as it hosted a nice coffee machine

No much soap and shampoo. Bulbs in the bathroom and above dining table not working. Kitchen freezer iced up (needs defrost) No coffee pods (I left some for the next guess). Sofa bed frame worst thing of the apartment, good mattress but under it the frame was curved down. Heating was hard to operate and control.

It is a nice apartment. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable. It's a very convenient location. Keyless check in is also very easy if you have a smart phone with internet.

It was very hot because there was only one small fan that wasn't very powerful. It's in a very busy area so quite loud. The shower is also a strange design so it really leaks. It was tricky to not flood the bathroom.
