Quietness

The smell of the mothballs/alcampor. No basic necessities like shampoo, bath soap etc. Toilet paper was only 1 roll for 4 days for 3-4 pax.

The property owner did not deliver its promise of having good internet connection so i can work during my stay. There was completely no connection. No internet at all. I plead for refund because I had to leave after about 6hrs of waiting for resolution. I told them i was willing to transfer to another unit with internet but there was no response,no fix after waiting for about 6hrs I had to leave the unit to find some place where i can work. Also the unit stinks, smelled sweaty and caused me headache for staying there is less than 6hrs.

the staff assistant was very helpful and accommodating

Overall, the stay was okay and the staff assistant was very helpful. However, there were a few things that need improvement. There were many small cockroaches, no extra floor mat outside the toilet which could cause accidents, and an unpleasant smell coming from the grease trap. Also, the bedsheets and pillowcases didn't seem very clean. Hoping these can be improved for future guests

No parking space, owner not willing to help provide parking space, false promises on parking space😡

I like that it is near the area of where the event place im goin. Contact person is responsive

It got cockroaches, the beddings got smell, furniture in common look unpleasant coz some cabinet are broken. No proper exhaust, smell mold.

It is near at my place and easy access, the staff are responsive too.

There was no wifi signal even you are connected to the internet and the tv was not yet installed since they said it is a new unit so maybe.
