Minimal Luxe Retreat Free Parking WI-FI

The location was very good, and the draw was free parking.

Instructions weren’t sent until mid afternoon of arrival instead of early in the morning or the day before. This meant I had to turn in my data roaming which I was charged for, to get in to the suite. Cleaning for the suite was less than desirable. Toilets and sinks could have used a thorough cleaning. Additional sheets for the sofa bed were not in the closets as one would expect, but in storage underneath one of the beds. This wasn’t relayed to us until very late in the evening. The Wifi has been updated, however both modems were in the unit and the passwords displayed were for the old Modem. Quite annoying. Thankfully we were only here for one night.

Conveniently located just outside the walled city, easy access by foot and free parking at the accommodation. Very easy communication with host prior to arrival via WhatsApp.

There was quite a bit of mold in the upstairs shower.

Great location with easy walk (about 5 minutes) to the city walls and a little further to the historic centre. Parking very convenient - reserved space outside parking. Apartment on second floor with lift access. Good space with nice terrace. Large wadrobe storage. Upstairs area could be useful if 4 people are travelling. Main facilities one needs - washing machine, dishwasher. Host very flexible about check in and check out and good communication - especially to sort out the problem with the fridge.

Fridge not plugged in and no adapter available to do it - host arrived and it was sorted. Some items missing. Two large towels provided and that was all. Normally in Italy there are 3 towels per person. Found a spare bath mat to use as a hand towel. Two ironing boards but no iron. These things were disappointing as our first impressions of the property were that it was of a very high quality.

Spacious, liked the loft bedroom, easy parking, and short walk into the walled city of Luca. Also liked how easy it was to communicate with the host and the quick and easy check in.

There was a lot of mold in the upstairs bathroom, and noticeable dirt/dust on the stairs. Dishes not put away from previous tenants. Upstairs TV not working. Surrounding area is a bit unsightly.

The flat was ideally located near the historical city centre. It was clean and there was free parking just in front of the place. The host was very friendly.

Maybe more blankets would be nice as we were staying there in January.

The location of the apartment was outside the walked city, however it was only a 5-10 minute walking to access the historic city which was terrific. Onsite parking was a real bonus as street parking is in short supply.

Unfortunately there was an issues with the hot water supply which prevented us being able to have a hot shower. Host identified the issue and informed us of the cause after we had checked out.

Owner super friendly. Let us check out later yo help us out. Clean. Beds comfortable. Everything there you could need.
