Spacious and comfortable property

Lovely quiet location with good amenities

The house was very comfortable and warm, perfect for us -family of four

The property was overall very clean but they missed the microwave, which was filthy. Not a big deal but, we actually needed to use it right away, arriving late with 2 little ones who needed dinner warming up quickly. Could do with some coat hooks in the hall or back of doors and a tea towel.in the kitchen would have been nice

Lovely property, exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. Would book again.

- Last minute booking (on the day of arrival) seamless check in keys in secure box code sent prior to arrival. - Quick response from owner when I did have a query regarding switching the heating on. - Had all the amenities we needed for a short stay (3 Nights) everything was clean and working. - Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free on street parking. - Good location for the day trips we had planned:- Drayton Manor, Twycross Zoo & Warwick Castle.

Comfortable space for our 4 adults and 2 kids (8 & 9 yr old). Niicely decorated. Very clean and kitchen well eqipped. Good shower in the en suite. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.

The shower in the main bathroom would be better as a standing shower.
