PLAYA CHICA apt with terrace 100 m from the sea

Location was perfect nice and quiet, close to the beach, restaurants and shops, apartment manager was pleasant to deal with

The beautiful spacious apartment, with all facilities. The lovely terrace with views of the sea. The peace and tranquility. The central location. In short, everything.

Nothing we didn't like

Apartment very spacious and clean, comfortable bed well equipped kitchen and bonus of easy to use washing machine even some British channels on tv, wifi is also very good. Host even supplied bottle of Cava and some water teabags ect, area conveniently situated between old town and strip, no hassle getting to anywhere you need to go.

Although there is a small terrace with table and a couple of comfy chairs it doesn't get a lot of sun, lucky if you one and a half hours maybe two hours on a good day and only between around eleven and one, we were there in Jan so could be a wee bit better during summer months but I wouldn't hold my breath. Bushes and trees need cutting back to extend sunshine hours, in short if your going for a suntan this is not the place for you. If you have mobility issues be aware of quite a steep set of stairs up to apartment. To sum up although the apartment is exellent I would not stay there again.

The location is fantastic as you are between the old and new towns so everything is on your doorstep i.e. buses, restaurants, beach and pleasant walks.

The only thing about the apartment is that the bathroom is en-suite so anyone sleeping on the sofa-bed has to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom but its not the end of the world :(

Very central location near beach.

Lack of English channels on tv—but this was a minor inconvenience.
