It was written that there was a hair dryer in the room but there was none. They were able to bring it 2 days later and I was extremely upset. The air conditioner was not cooling. The room was very hot and stuffy. The room cleaning was bad. There were insects in the room and toilet. There was construction work on the 7th floor and the floor was very noisy and dirty. Price-performance is negative. I could have stayed in a much better place for this money. We had to stay because there was no option to cancel.
