The apartment block was very quiet at night. Good location within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, one ensuite. Nice 55 inch Samsung HD tv.
There were overfull refuse and recycling bins at the front entrance of the apartment block, which wasn't a great look. The kitchen was tired looking and in need of a refit.

The apartment is ideally located in the Jewellery Quarter and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rental was good value for money considering the two bedrooms ( 1 ensuite) and facilities available.
There was nothing not to like. Just to say that the bathroom is in need of some tlc, and the original kitchen requires a complete refit.

The property was as described. The second bathroom makes it very convenient for couples/singles travelling together. All faciltiies for cooking basic meals. Good location with cafe and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the city centre.
