Kakovatos - Luxury sea apartment “Roberta” 66m2

Panagiotis was an excellent and generous host. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is stunning, in a rural and undeveloped part of the Peloponnese. The 50k of unspoilt sandy beach was a real bonus ( preserved to allow the Loggerhead sea turtle to spawn each year) - and we were here at the time of David Attenborough's 100th birthday - what a bonus. Great local Greek restaurants and shops in the village. Good road connections to other parts of the Peloponnese to explore ( mountains and countryside - but you will need a car) We had a wonderful 7 day stay

The host was excellent, very polite and welcoming. The accommodation offers everything someone might need for a comfortable and pleasant stay and with plenty of provisions. The location is excellent providing the option of easy access to the not-organised seaside (partly due to the numerus nests of sea-turtles) where you can have privacy, it is also close to the center of the small town and local shops and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect stay! Only 3 minutes from a stunning sandy beach. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped. Best of all was the host – Panos is a legend! Like Casper the friendly ghost, he appears exactly when you need him. 🙂 Definitely recommend and we will surely come back!

The accommodation conditions were excellent. The host was very kind and friendly. The wild beach with fine sand, three minutes' walk away, is a considerable asset. We will definitely come back in the coming years. Thank you for everything!

Location is wonderful just 4min from the quiet beach. Apartment clean and has everything you will need. Landlord really nice person gave us a warm welcome and tips for locale activities.

Where should we start - it was just fantastic! The holiday apartment is very large, has beautifully furnished rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The terrace is huge with lots of seating and parasols. The location of the apartment is also just great, it takes a maximum of 3 minutes to walk to the beautiful sandy beach (we were almost always alone there at the beginning of June). The place is also a great starting point for many excursion destinations. But the most important thing is the owner - he is the epitome of hospitality! It started with the fact that the fridge was full of local delicacies when we arrived. He gave us lots of great tips for excursions and food and catered to our every wish. He is incredibly fond of children and played a lot with our children. We had a lot of great conversations and we hope that we can come back soon. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful - we were able to collect many wonderful memories!

The apartment was beautiful, super well equipped. Two large bedrooms and a saloon with sofa, modern Tv, air conditioning in all rooms. The terrace was fantastic, large and with chairs a table, so one could have breakfast or dinner. The host was super good. Walking distance to the beach and to the restaurants in Kakovatos. Very good experience. We will repeat!!!
