Onpersoonlijk en niet behulpzaam om problemen op te lossen Kamer niet goed schoon scheermes van vorige gast nog op kamer Geen doucheproducten of extra s Heel vroeg uit checken; al om 10 uur Ontbijt mocht ik niet 15 minuten eerder dus zonder ontbijt op pad. Kon daardoor bus niet halen.
