Squirrel Lodge Slps 4 - Close to York - Parking

There was half-eaten pizza left outside the property on the decking area handrail. On arrival, the outside looked worn, and it clearly hadn't been paid any attention

Lovely location and lodge very peaceful, beautiful fruit trees. Lodge decorated for autumn which was lovely. Comfortable clean lodge had everything you could need. House keeper and host very helpful. Kind owner also let my daughter have a fur squirrel she had taken to.

Heating was a bit of an issue but was resolved promptly by owner. Shame log fire was unusable as birds are nesting but this can't be helped.

Nice and cosy spacious lodge, lovely terrace and garden. Kitchen fully equipped but you can also try a great Thai restaurant just outside the holiday park. Great location for visiting York 2 very nice bathrooms.

Minor inconvenience that there was only one mirror.

Lovely area and peaceful

Lodge was spacious quiet and comfortable

Only negative was lack of mirrors. 4 of us were getting ready for a family graduation and had to share one mirror. A couple more would be handy

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed, two bathrooms, free parking, outside deck, good location.

Although not major, the accommodation does need a bit of maintenance.

The property was very spacious, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
