Friendly Host. Location was good, just a short walk to Las Rotas. Bus into Denia was cheap and every hour up to 11pm. One night getting off the bus we saw a wild Boar trotting across the road, it actually used the zebra crossing brilliant. Laid back area , quiet , lots of walking.

I would struggle to have 4 people in this 2 bed apartment. The 2nd bedroom was no more than a curtain across the living area, and with the very small bathroom. The apartment and outside area - stairs leading up need a thorough clean throughout. No Air Conditioning, provided with floor fans which had a lot of dust hanging off, so we cleaned them. Keeping the windows opened with the cooler sea air did keep it cooler, but mosquitoes and other biting insects came in. Which leads me to - apartment did not have window insect screens (mosquiteras) which would have helped with the amount of insects/mosquitoes. Parking on site, if you have a Smart Car you will be fine, we parked down the road not far from the property.

La cercanía a la playa, zona no masificada. Bastante tranquila .

La casa no estaba limpia cuando llegamos y que era imposible aparcar.

Tanto la ubicación como el propio apartamento están excelente.

Al apartamento le falta un poco de limpieza, tanto las áreas externas como internas. Los detalles siempre se deben de tener cuidado (Almohadas, bombillas, mando tv, entre otras)
