"Value for money"

Spacious house with nice kitchen and new refurbished interior, exactly the same as images shown. 4 spacious bedroom, beds are comfortable. Large dining and living area. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Lovely garden with outdoor couches and BBQ equipment (we didn’t use it). Good location only 10mins drive to the waterfront. Driveway by the side of the house is quite narrow, but good enough for 2 cars. Recommended for friends and family travel.

The mugs in cabinet are not really clean. Shower draining quite slow as blocked with lots of hairs.

In a calm and quiet location, the house is immaculate and well-equipped. This is a perfect property for a family getaway.

As drivers of a larger vehicle, the driveway was very narrow.

Our family had a great time at Tu Cusa. It’s a lovely place and the area is really nice, especially the very short walk to take the dog for a walk in the park behind the house. Also plenty of long walks locally. The house was exceptionally clean and supplied with extras you would not always expect. We will certainly return when next in Brighton :-)
