This apartment is in a perfect location with lots of choices for dining out very close by. The bedrooms are all at the back and very quiet. There was plenty of space and it was perfect for our family of five. I would highly recommend it. The host was very quick to address a small issue with the front door to the building. Excellent service.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, amazing location.

The wi-fi is very pour if you need to use it for work. The tv works fine with it. The room is not sound proof 😅. If you have small kids ask to stay on the floor bellow. I’ve 3 children very active and the guest below complained about them running 😅

Amazing apartment, clean, cosy, fully equipped good location

The location is excellent, close to the train/metro/ferry station at Cais to Sodre, within walking distance of the city centre and its attractions, and with many shops, good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment is large and airy - we were there in coldish weather but the apartment was nice and warm. The beds are comfortable, and linens and towels were good. The apartment is well-equipped with a TV, washing-machine, diswasher, microwave and hob, kettle, coffee-maker and toaster.

The WiFi was terrible during the first two days of our 5-day stay - the attempt to fix it worked partially, but it would freeze regularly. We were disappointed with the cleanliness on arrival - some of the dishes, utensils and surfaces weren't clean - particularly given we were spending quite a lot on the stay. The flooring in the main bedroom is lifting in spots - a trip hazard - from a previous leak (possible from an AC Unit). The paintwork needs touching up in many areas. The apartment is accessed by two sets of steep stairs - it's fine but challenging with suitcases or heavy shopping.

The location is perfect, you can always walk downhill to get home! The flat is well equipped, very comfortable beds, two complete bathroom plus a third bathroom without shower. We were a family of six and it was perfect for us. The host has always been available and responsive, he also managed to let us in one hour earlier, very much appreciated.

If we really need to mention something, the electrical system is a bit weak, but it is enough to switch off the heaters in the bathroom if you need to switch on the oven or the washing machine and it will be ok.
