Free parking. Secluded. Quiet. Comfortable.

I thought it was a 3 bedroom but when I got there one room was locked.

It was clean.

I didn’t like the fact that I rented a three bedroom apartment and all o could use was two of the rooms. It had a keypad on the third bedroom. I did call the property manager about me having extra people coming and I needed the third bedroom. His response was that I only paid for two bedrooms instead of the three bedroom which I didn’t understand. It said that I was renting sleep 6, walking to attractions in uptown. I rented it on the note of it being a 3 bedrooms. He didn’t even call me back nor sent the code for the bedroom. One of my guest slept on the couch. He only had a 2 and 5 quart pot and no frying pan to cook with. He had the nerve to say to me about more guest more water and electric usages that was very unprofessional of him.

Clean had everything we needed for the stay

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and functional. The flower garden area, grills and picnic table areas were very nice as well. We met Nicki and Jim, they were so awesome and extremely helpful with assisting us with directions for various attractions. They are a wonderful asset to your team; they are keepers! I liked that you had recycling bins!! The apartment was so nice and inviting, I could live there. Honestly.

It wouldn't say that I didn't like this, but it would be nice if the main bathroom had a separate switch for the exhaust fan. I understand why it is this way, but it does get a little unpleasant after awhile.

Very quiet neighborhood, with a nice view of the Charlotte skyline. The apartment was very clean. I used the inhouse washer and dryer, which was an added perk of this unit. The full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs allowed my son and I to get ready in the mornings without having to wait on one another. Very nice fridge with on demand ice and water. I will definitely stay again. The beds were so comfortable, as well as the spacious sofa.

The water pressure in the shower was a little less than I'm used to, but it got the job done.

Property was clean , quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay.
