Everything.!!!!! Communication between the host "if they exist" was extremely poor. No one picks up the phone non-existent Communication via booking.com was delayed where we booked for two nights and we had a phone call my wife's father died abroad hence we had to go back south. The host or customer service was so bad that there was no acknowledgement of any sort of the sensitivity after few hours we were just told its now out of hours and no refund for next day too even though we 9 of us checked out at 3.30 am to go south. The house had cob webs all over and painting of in the toilets Spiders in toilets and flush in the ensuite not working Stayed there only 10 hours and got charged for full 2 days without any good Communication The host never knew English I guess by the way they gave answers finally and that after a great delay WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY RATHER SPEND THAT MONEY ELSEWHERE! Worst experience ever
GBThis is a massive property!👏🏼 Very big and spacious. The rooms are designed so well and interior is on point. The check in was easy and had no problems, everything worked smoothly and location is so good. Very quiet area but so close to town!📍
