La Casa del Borgo-intero appartamento

Giulia und Filippo sind sehr nette Vermieter. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bett bequem, Bad ausreichend, klimaanlagen 2 Stück, voll ausgestattete Küche. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es einen DEM Supermarkt. Diese Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Helga & Franco Giulia e Filippo sono dei padroni di casa molto gentili. Non ci è mancato nulla. Letto comodo, bagno adeguato, due condizionatori, cucina completamente attrezzata. Parcheggio disponibile in loco. C'è un supermercato DEM proprio accanto alla struttura. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione e torneremo sicuramente.

Liked the property location, the facilities, parking was provided, train to the city of Roma was just 45 min through beautiful scenery. The taxi service was excellent. Promptly available whenever needed. The supermarket was just less than a minute. The hosts were marvellous. Guilia and Filipo get 10 out of 10. Excellent all-around 👏. Latina was full of beautiful surprises 😮 even the ice cream parlour. Not forgetting the chill out corner at the property and the beautiful beach, only 8 km in 10 min by car. Everything was worth it. Plan to go again.

Nothing to complain about

The apartment was so spacious! The hosts pay great attention to detail. There were little bags of hygiene products for each of us, signs everywhere so we understood how everything worked, first aid kit, business cards, information on nearby restaurants etc. We were extremely impressed by how kitted out the place was. The host even helped us organise a taxi driver to take us to the train station and fetch us, and made sure we had a way home every day. Definitely would recommend to others.

The only downside was that the accommodation was far from the train station, but otherwise no complaints!

Nice hosts and the property is clean and comfortable. There is a super market right next door and that is very convenient. The price-value offered to me was good

The property is a lttle bit removed from Latina (but quite near the village of Borgo Podgora). Also the apartment is partially below ground.
