Very clean and new area, bathrooms for each room is very convenient. Great location as well.

Garage space is small for large cars, which was already mentioned in the listing so no issue with that.

Good location. Clean new build. Garage parking for small car.

Beds were really hard. Not comfortable. Very loud at night. Thick curtains would probably help with noise and light.

Location was perfect for our family group. We were able to walk to dinner and watch the All Blacks live at the Bealey Quarter. A good base to explore Christchurch.

Great apartment plenty of room and nicely set out.

The street/road it’s on is very busy and noisy. The beds and the couch were very uncomfortable
