Brand new home,very clean,well equipped,including basic ingredients in the kitchen,toiletries in each bathroom and cleaning products.

NA.Suggestion:A non stick frying pan will be very easier to use,less cleaning and cleaning product to use. Sometimes the kitchen tap leaks,could be checked and fixed.However didn’t make our stay less enjoyable.

Love how clean and comfortable it was. Perfect for anyone needing a rest after a great day put in Christchurch. Can park your car off the road.

Everything is new， very good

Check-in was easy since the code was electronic. The host Sam was great. He came by to see if everything was fine. We had a small issue with the garbage but he took care of it quickly. Grocery stores are within 10 mins walking distance. Hagley park and the Botanic Gardens are also within 15mins walk if you want to enjoy the outdoors. The location is great, just off Bealey. The house is brand new and clean. There is one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms on the 1st floor.

The weather was great so we didn't need air-conditioning. If it turns hot, note that the bedrooms don't have air-conditioning. The living room does.

Very sweet design and arrangement, such as kitchen stuffs.

Very closed to the road. A little bit noisy in traffic time.

Off street parking in a garage. Showers in the upper bedrooms were excellent.

Location was not in the CBD, as advertised, could have lived with that ok, but the proximity to Bealey Avenue made for an uncomfortable two nights. The noise from a busy intersection was not restful. To add to the experience, the beds were so uncomfortable that we purchased a mattress topper for the second night, which improved it slightly. We also changed rooms for the second night’s sleep and had a modicum of rest. All the beds were the same, too hard for someone with a medical condition, or over 50. The place had no atmosphere, it was obviously newly decked out, but the absence of any kind of pictures or other homely touches was noticeable.

Brand new with garage (mid-sized vehicles only but did just fit our Subaru Outback). Great communication before arrival with code for front door and how park car.

Hard beds. Expect traffic noise as on a busy street.
