Villa My Moon - en bord de mer au coeur de Saly

Lovely villa and garden, one-minute walk to the pool, 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops nearby, super friendly host - thank you!

Villa My Moon was a wonderful and charming place to spend our holiday. It's a really spacious property inside and out, and had all the facilities you'd need in a self contained accommodation stay. Only a few minutes walk to a great beach where there's plenty of dining options, and just a 10-15 minute walk to the main town centre where there's even more eating, drinking, and shopping choices. The complex itself is totally secure and safe - as was the road leading down from the town, which was very well lit. It also has a bar/restaurant onsite with extremely friendly staff and is excellent value for money. The pool area is just a few steps outside the gate of the villa and is a serene, relaxing place to drink a Gazelle or 10 or cool off with a swim. The host, Maimouna, was just so lovely and kind. Responded swiftly to any messages or queries, and made the whole experience really smooth and stress free. We chose to pre-book an airport taxi pick-up/drop off through Maimouna, who put me in contact with the fella who's company it was. I thoroughly recommend this as he too was a very friendly gent, and professional at keeping in touch through WhatsApp to arrange all the details of the transfer. The driver took us directly to the villa, and after checking in our passports with security and picking up the keys, helped us into the accommodation. All in all a fantastic experience at Villa my Moon......and from a seasoned traveller, i whole heartedly recommend staying here!

Wonderful location for our needs, friendly staff and warm community.

There were bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. Which was surprising. We brought it to the attention of the cleaning staff and the matter was addressed immediately.

Lovely location, close to the beach, quiet area with lots of families around. Pool was lovely everything was great, felt very safe

Amazing and spacious villa - great comms with the partner throughout. Everything was great about this place, the loaction to the pool and beach, the grounds and all the facilities. Would highly recommend, we were sad to leave

Not much really. We struggled with the wifi a bit but it was quickly sorted out by the partner.
