The kitchen dish cleaner wire should be brand new when a new customer check in. It did not look new to me.

USGreat location, very nice accommodations, clean, everything works, only suggestion is couch in living room was not good to sit and watch TV. Did not use the sofa bed.

The apartment lacked cleanliness. Bed sheets, comforter, and couch were full of pet hair. Shower curtains were dirty. As per checkout list, we had to clean those dirty bed sheets too.

There was a tray over the toilet paper that I kept bumping my left elbow on.
USThe location is good as you are minutes to almost everything in Bryson City. The unit was clean and had everything you would need for your stay.
The couch was uncomfortable, but that is just my personal opinion.
