Lovely spacious house, loads of room, lovely garden, big kitchen/diner, clean sheets and towels. Useful downstairs loo. Two good size sofas more comfortable than the beds. It was a very pleasant space. Great location.

Not completely clean in the kitchen, very cheap bedroom furniture - especially the beds which were a bit flimsy. Not many mugs. Very cheap flimsy cutlery. Doors do not lock behind you as described (luckily) but should have thumb screw locks for fire safety. A little bit smelly (cigarette smoke) once the air freshener had worn off. Nothing major.

Great location , great parking and great size

Great location, lovely house, great communication.

The property has potential, it is very spacious and good for a group of people. It is in a good location close to Royal Ascot. Big drive way, although there are two properties on the land so we didn't end up parking on the drive way because we didn't want to block anyone in.

Although there was information provided by the host for the arrival, we struggled locating the key box because of the trees surrounding it. The beds in the twin room were very flimsy. Between the mattress and the bed frame every turn made the bed either moved or sqeauked. The mattress was thin, and you could hear the springs. The bed frame seemed like it wasn't built properly. Could do with extra pillows. The property wasn't the cleanest. The oven could do with a clean, there was beard hairs on top of the tiles underneath the mirror in the bathroom, chairs had bits on them. There was minimal cooking trays, the one that was in the cupboard was actually too big to fit in the oven. The bathroom gets very hot, could do with better ventilation.

The property is in a quiet relaxed setting , like a home from home with very comfortable seating & beds .
