large, bright, new apartments. Beautiful design. With panoramic windows, blinds and 3 balconies for each room. Each room has air conditioning. Hot water was enough for us just to wash for 4 people. Nearby is a bus stop and 15 minutes to Valletta. The owner provided us with: a large bottle of water, tea, coffee, sugar, sweets. Thank you. Here is everything for a comfortable stay and stay. There were some minor everyday problems, but they don't matter.

The beds in the main bedroom and the twin bedroom were comfortable. Quite area, near bus stops. The apartment and the building are quite new. The furniture is fine.

The apartment is difficult to reach. The first night, it was 1 am when we arrived, the taxi driver (very kind) had to drive around for 20 minutes before finding the address. The owner did not reply to our message when we wrote that we could not find the building. We arrived very late and were disappointed not to find a bottle of water (Malta's water is not drinkable). The second night, the taxi driver, again, could not find the address but he left us to the point corresponding to the 'google map' destination. We had to walk in the neighbourhood for 15 minutes before finding the apartment. The apartment is quite new but with poor maintenance and cleaning, with mold around the windows, bath mat (only in one bathroom!) very dirty, the fridge had a bad smell, the sheets in the smaller double bedroom did not seem fresh and clean. The wifi and tv did not work. We sent a message to the owner and, again, he did not reply. We also asked if there was an adaptor, but no answer, once again.

I enjoyed the location, close to a grocery store and many restaurants and bars. The location was quiet and comfortable. The apartment was big enough for our group of three and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The property host was great and allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated.

I felt that there were a few things missing. We did check in early to be fair but we were told that the apartment was ready when we did so. When we arrived, there were no hand towels in the bathroom, one roll of toilet paper with no extras, the kitchen wasn’t terribly clean, and there was no bedding in two of the bedrooms. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding with the apartment being ready as the master bedroom was indeed prepared but the other two bedrooms were not. All of the laundry was still hanging to dry so we didn’t have sheets, pillow cases, or towels ready when we arrived. My bedroom had two twin beds and half of the blinds over the glass door to the balcony were broken or missing. This left me feeling exposed at night with little privacy. The apartment was also difficult to find as this was my first time in Malta. The address on the listing did not take our cab from the airport straight to the place and we had to wander around for a bit trying to find the place. Honestly, these are just a few minor things but I hope these notes will help the host to address them.
