3 BR - Off Street Parking - Amazing View Nearby

The property was very convenient to PNC park. Very roomy for my family of 6.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

This is an absolute gem. The property is the upper floor of a historic house in a very nice area of the city. There are a total of 2 flats, one on the first floor, another (bigger, I think) in the second floor, with an additional room in the attic. The flat is fully equipped with just about everything one might need, fully air conditioned etc. A parking spot, good for two cars, is also provided To get to the downtown, one either takes a short drive, or takes a historic incline which has been in operation since 1870s. We thought our stay was absolutely awesome, and would certainly stay there again when/if we visit Pittsburg again. Many thanks to the hosts for helping make this trip an unforgettable experience.

I understand this could sound strange in the USA, but a kettle would have been appreciated :) A limited stock of tea/coffee/cookies for those arriving late in the evening would have been a great idea as well. In our case, we were driving and stocked up in a Walmart on our way to the property, but there might be visitors coming without a car.

The location is exceptional, having a fantastic view of Pittsburgh nearby while the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The room is large and clean, with a nice central temperature controlling system. The parking at the location is also convenient. The room seemed to be a bit aged but the equipments are well enough.

It would be nice if nice comforters are provided with the beds! With this being said, it was still warm enough with the AC system of the property. The bathroom appeared to be narrow but it didn't matter too much.

Location is amazing! Host was attentive and responded promptly to all inquiries.

The space allows for pets upon request. We did not have them, but it was evident that others had in the past. This did not diminish our stay at all. Would just prefer a non pet space next rental.

It was clean

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we had no heat the first night. The owner did send someone to fix it. We could not get the upstairs tv to work.

The house was perfect for our situation. The view and travel into Pittsburgh was amazing. Would definitely go back if in Pittsburgh.
