#58 Classic Condo Ideal Location 2BDR/2 Parking

The pool was cool closed at 8pm early to me on a vacation! The outside land scape & building look like the projects! Entire place smelled like mildew/ mold!

Place smelled like mildew/mold back patios where filthy didn't use them the outside landscape & building looks like the projects! Just terrible

Pool was nice but hours weren’t great(10-8). The large space is good for several guests

The location was good for us because we wanted to try different beaches. It was close to stores, shopping, and great gluten free restaurants. The kids liked that it had a pool. It was nice to have multiple televisions (even though the remote for the TV downstairs was not there so we couldn't use it). It was stocked with utensils but we didn't use any.

We were not expecting the condo (really more of a townhome) to be part of an apartment complex. They did remodel the place but it was cheaper materials (the back doors were older and flimsy locks, patches and small holes in drywall, the flooring was bowing up or gaps, etc.) The only bathroom with a shower had the shower curtain fall before we arrived. The pullout couch was not comfortable and no sheets. They have seating but not comfortable (2 stools were cute but not comfortable, 2 chairs in master bedroom were kids size, 2 chairs in living room were something for a dorm or like fancy camping chairs). It made it hard for everyone else to visit together. Our main complaint would be the musty smell. The outdoor area was really bad that we didn't use it and the inside was bad that after a weekend, the smell was embedded into our stuff and we had to wash everything when we got home.

The condo was beautiful on the outside. Beautiful trees.

Well, it had a very old musky smell when we walked in.. There was a dead bug in the bathroom. And while I was preparing to use the oven, there was some paper receipt and napkin, and salt and pepper packet that was burning in the oven. I do not think the cleaning people check it out. There was also some cheese in there.. I tried to contact the host about sending her a message. I never did hear back, but I tried to clean the oven the best I could what I had.. I should not be charged for that. The kitchen and the bathroom were beautiful.. I think it’s time to replace comforters in the king room. And the twin bed area.. they look pretty worn and shredded in the pillowcases. I did not want to use the wash and dryer. It was very rusty and I wasn’t comfortable.. I’m very confused about the oven situation.. If I was not sitting at the table and started smelling that smoke and not went upstairs, there would’ve been a fire.
