Prive-parking is zeer leuk om te hebben. Geen zorgen dat je wagen beschadigd word.

Oud gebouw met een appartement vol mankementen. ‘S nachts was het koud en er was geen verwarming. Woonkamer was voor max 2 personen. Eettafel was voor maar 4 personen.

Ruim appartement heel dicht bij de zee,supermarkt,restaurants en andere winkeltjes. Drie balkons met gedeeltelijk uitzicht op zee. Privé parkeerplek. Wasmachine en droogrek aanwezig. Er is ook een lift . Elektrische kookplaat en oven. Koelkast met vriesvak .Veel kastruimte.

Het toilet piepte heel erg bij het doortrekken,de boiler stond zuinig afgesteld. Weinig pannen .

La posizione e le dimensioni della casa sono perfette, molto apprezzato il parcheggio incluso con l'appartamento.

Se ci fosse stata l'aria condizionata sarebbe stato perfetto, è l'unica cosa migliorabile, per il resto tutto come descrizione.

Andrea was very helpful in attempting to find us bikes for hire (in the end ,for future guests, it's worth saying that it's best just to go to San Remo and there will be plenty available there but in winter it's quite hard to find in Riva). Right next to the cycle path. Riva is a pleasant, quiet, old Italian town with good prices and friendly people.

Sea is very close, beautiful view from both bedrooms, 2 big balconies. The apartment is big enough for bigger families as well. Lidl only few minutes walking.

Nothing to complain about.

Very comfortable , warm and little old fashion apartment. A lot of space for 4 adult and 2 dogs. Available parking, several steps to sea made my holidays comfortable.
