Atvykus nurodytu adresu buvo šokas, namas kritinės būklės, apleistas, sugriuvęs. Laiptinė baisi, baugu net eiti, nemalonus kvapai. Buto viduje jautėsi cigarečių kvapas. Niekam nepatarčiau nuomotis šitos vietos. 70 euru prašo, o realybei vertas 5 euru. Neapsigaukit žmonės.

Apartament bardzo ladny,nowoczesnie urzadzony, typu studio z antresola do spania.Sklep niedaleko,15 min spacerkiem do Ostrej Bramy a pozniej Stare Miasto. Klatka schodowa bardzo obskurna,jako podrozujaca samotnie kobieta mialam strach wejsc na nia wieczorem,w samym apartamencie tez na 100% nie czulam sie bezpiecznie

Bezposrednio pod antresola znajdowala sie lazienka gdzie wentylator musial byc caly czas wlaczony(zarzadzenie wlasciciela),co bylo bardzo uciazliwe i niestety nie pozwalalo na komfortowy wypoczynek

The interior is very well done and had all facilities.

The building in which the apartment is located is a bit too shady and the hallway stinks of the shared urinals. The building is in ruins and the entrance is not well lit. Our initial impression when we reached the property at 11PM was not that great. And to double confirm we are indeed in the right place we called the landlord and he was very responsive! The place feels much better in day time. I am assuming this is an old Soviet building. If so it is an experience to live in something from not so distant history with probably some dark past.

Nice green quiet area just a few steps from the big park perfect to chill, very clean and fresh apartment, no problem with parking on the street, 30 min of nice walk to the city center or short tram ride

翻新的房间，设计现代化。厨房设施设备齐全。拥有空气净化器，这一点非常棒！入住后发现缺少一些物品，房东能及时购买并送过来，这样的服务很人性化，很棒！

这间公寓实际不大，在一栋非常破旧的楼房里，看得出楼房的历史很久很久了。周围环境很差，楼梯间冲刺着尿味，不知道是人尿还是猫尿，卫生环境堪忧。我每次经过这里都要屏住呼吸，让我很难受。走廊是一个很长的通道，里面住了很多户人，这间公寓在走廊的一头，我不清楚对面房间是什么？厕所还是垃圾房？反正一股浓烈的味道。这是外部环境，预定时看不到。
