We picked this property because it was close to Devon park.

The home is older and has a slight lean. There were also lost of creatures . There were tiny spiders on the bed on the top floor and downstairs. I do feel they need to spray often. The top floor bed should probably be changed. There is a big divot on the right side where it's been slept in a lot. Trash can was super full. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but the house itself is ok.

Loved the quietness of the location. The place had everything we needed and had really comfortable beds.

Arrival was super easy. We figured out the gate & key box code.

The upper bedroom did not have a door (which was totally OK based on my travel with our 14-yr old son 2 teammate soccer players). Upgrade could include "sound

The location is close to homeless communities with people going through trash dumpster. Wrong instructions given regarding where to park and find the key. Cleanliness was not good in finding large black lent ball in corner of the shower. The heat went out with environmental temperature down into the 20’s. Management was notified and thought it was adequate to provide space heaters instead of paying the weekend rate for a repair. Plugged in two of the space heaters and blew a fuse. We had difficulty locating the fuse box, called manager who told us the wrong location for the fuse box but were able to locate it outside. Unfortunately can’t run the space heaters overnight due to fire risk and woke up to an indoor temperature of 44 degrees. When asked about refunding for this day due to not providing basic requirements, management put off answering and then ignored request.

Good location; quiet. Outdoor covered area was nice.
