Stairs, really dangerous, we were all holding for dear life coming down them. First night I fell, I still have bruises on back and hip as well as carpet rash on my elbows House is falling apart. The vent above the loo which was ducktaped fell down just seconds after my son got off the loo.

Filthy and smelly. Had to leave after one night due to significant hygiene failures, including biological contamination of furnishings, insect debris on kitchen surfaces, and a persistent cigarette smoke odour despite the property being listed as non-smoking. The overall condition bore little resemblance to the listing photographs. The host offered to arrange a clean; however, the condition was such that routine cleaning would not have resolved the underlying issues. It would have required professional deep cleaning and redecoration to resemble the advertised standard. I vacated after one night as the accommodation was not usable as booked and secured alternative accommodation at my own expense. I reported the issue immediately and provided extensive evidence, but no appropriate resolution was offered. This experience fell significantly below reasonable expectations and the advertised description.

Bright kitchen diner, large bathroom with bath, lawned secure garden, own parking in driveway. 2 single beds in 2nd room useful for children and good space in between for travel cot. Decent amount of storage. Close to city park and ride, play area, pub, bus stop (opposite) and large supermarket.

Tired with cheap furniture. Felt like a student house. Photos no longer representative. Very thin curtains and poor cleaning particularly unhelpful when listed as family friendly. Cigarette butts littered the patio, and lighter found on sofa despite advert claiming non smoking. No effort to clean corners or edges, remove cobwebs and spiders, bleach/brush toilet, clean fridge. Need to take basics like own toilet roll, tea towels and all cleaning products. Mouldy items left over from previous tenants in cupboards. No oven gloves or chopping board provided. Some windows didn't open. Windows moved in frame. Some doors didn't stay closed. Shower needs re-grouting and re-sealing. Overall the house needs refurbishment and a much more thorough clean between tenants. Host didn't respond to any of my messages while staying or since. House info in pack was out of date (bin collection dates from last year) Priced too high for quality of accommodation.

Niets, het was een vies, muf en voldeed niet aan de reviews en de fotos.

Alles, zoals boven beschreven. Vies, muf, te hoge prijs betaald en de eerdere geschreven reviews kloppen niet. We moesten helaas 1 nacht in de accommodatie verblijven, omdat we laat aan kwamen. De dag daarna zo snel mogelijk vertrokken. Contact gezocht met de verhuurder, maar daar kwamen we niet verder mee. Zwakke argumenten en geen oplossingen.
