19th Century 'Cleveland Double' - Walk To Beach

Clean, freshly painted, everything worked. Being a renovated older home, it had some charm. We also liked the front porch and the setting. Parking was very good. Kitchen was nice but not well equipped. Fortunately we hadn't planned to do any cooking.. Beds were comfortable.

It only had a bath and a half, which is not enough for a place with 3 bedrooms plus 2 beds in the finished attic. Also the shower was in a bathtub with a plastic shower curtain around it. And the dior of that full bath would not lock or even latch. Further the sink drained slowly and we had to plunge it. The wooden stairs are VERY squeaky. The one chair in the living room had a spring stocking up through it when you sat down..

The bed sheets, and towels were clean.

We didn't have internet for the whole stay. We didn't have parking on the first day and we had to park somewhere else. There was no direct phone number to call. The stairs were squeaky hardwood.

Close enough to the convention center, restaurants, attractions and Edgewater Beach. Comfortable home with 2 parking spots and large front porch to relax on. Lovely hosts and nice to have coffee to start the day!

Issue with A/C unit on 3rd floor, but quickly resolved. 7 athletes, only one shower in the 2 bathrooms (with no shower facilities at convention center where we competed in Masters Pan Am Games), but we managed.

Extremely clean, close to everything, and extremely responsive when we had questions.

There were a couple of small things, but I contacted the company and they responded almost immediately. Can’t really say anything bad about them.
