Very small for 4 adults. It is actually comfortable only for 1 couple and 1 small child (under 12). Toilet was broken.. no balcony

Only thing was there was nowhere to put wet pots and pans but minor issue

Nice new apartment that is beautifully furnished and located in the center of the city. Very clean and equipped with all the amenities you need for a few they stay.

A bit smaller beds even though there is space for a bit bigger bed in rooms.  Also, there is a little daylight entering the apartment, but if you’re coming to Thessaloniki to spend the day outside, this isn’t important.

We loved several items: (1) the location was great for our needs, right near plenty of eateries (crepes! Pizza! Coffee shops!!), easy to walk everywhere. What a wonderful town is Thessaloniki! (2) the layout was excellent, especially for our 11-year old boy, who had his own room. Americans will find it, like most European spaces, smaller than you’re used to. But it is sufficient for a family of 3! (3) The A/C cooled it down very quickly, which was a must in the heat of July! The pull down shutters definitely help. (4) fast WiFi, good amenities (once we figured out European style appliances…), and bathroom/water closet was good too. Oh and (5) the video to get in the apartment made it SO easy, really appreciated that.

Small gripes: (1) we locked the stovetop in the middle of the night, and couldn’t feed the hungry kid with groceries we’d bought until the next day. Definitely our fault, but maybe some instruction manuals or links would be helpful to us dumb American tourists. (2) the tv speaker in the main room appears to have a blown speaker? Turning it up past 10 made it hard to hear. Of course, we weren’t there for tv anyway. (3) the place is a bit of a hidden gem, with views of…the alley, and some trash accumulation in the street out front. Nothing the property owners can do about that, just advisory.
