Clay Inn Hotel, Sohna Road, Sector 49, Gurugram

The location is very nice. It's peaceful, near to all major areas but still away from the hustle and bustle of the main highway. The food was to die for. Everything from breakfast to dinner, all the items were absolutely delicious! There's a saibaba temple 1 minute from the hotel that well worth a visit! Anywhere you want to go, uber is very easily available at the prime location. The staff was super friendly and committed to making your stay comfortable at all costs. Loved them!

Housekeeping was a bit shortstaffed. If you were in the 1st floor they were pretty much on time to clean the rooms and change bedcovers, but if you were up on higher floors, it took the poor guy forever to come up. Considering it was just one guy, he was doing great though! There weren't any windows that could be opened in the room or in the bathroom, that often made the room stuffy and sometimes, the bathroom smelled unpleasant due to that.

Cleanliness , AC was not working , bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty , I could see hairs on the bed. When I changed the room , in another room geyser was not working, TV remote was missing.

Food and the room facilities

Staff behaviour and delay in everything. Staff was not properly responding to basic needs even. The room ac was also not working. The food for breakfast was ok enough but service was very slow.
