Not enough towels and wash clothes for 3 people for a 5 night stay!

The wait time for elevators. They constantly stayed busy.

Pet smell / soil in blankets for sofa bed. Toilet addressed when reported as running, but inconsistently remedied (shut off delayed sometimes), though functioned. Aluminum fry pans need to be replaced. Handle not secure on one. But most concerning was email sent day of check in that read like potential scam requiring deposit before we arrived at hotel whose name was LATER divulged. Told not to contact facility and to call to provide credit card number OVER THE PHONE as is NOT RECOMMENDED by Booking.com (or any credit card company). I am still awaiting the release of my security deposit!

Laundry was stolen from the dryer. The employees did not seem concerned. The dog walking area had really high grass. The elevators are very slow. The front desk staff was not very friendly at night.

Furniture Outdated, blanket was ripped Floor was dirty and pillows stank :(
USThere is a little park right on the side of the building perfect for walking dogs.
Plenty of parking in the garage across the road. If you have a large SUV or truck it is a little tight navigating to go up or down from one floor to another but doable. We were in a Lincoln Navigator and got through.
