The location and the beach.

Stayed for 4 nights and somewhat disappointed. The unit was not well maintained. The kitchen was continuously leaking, the kitchen down light was not working, the coffee table at the balcony was awful and the cleanliness could have been improved. If you planned to stay here for 1-2 days it might be okay. Overall, it was average.
