Gemelos 22-3-21D Apartment Deluxe Levante Beach

The location was very good and the property was neat and tidy

The facilities are all very cheap and flimsy - there was no soap and toilet paper rationed...

View from balcony and location to restaurants bars etc; plenty of cutlery, towels, comfy sofas and beds great nights sleep, and the two shower room s the apartment was spotlessly clean The welcome pack ie coffee, wine, water etc; from Benidorm booking was appreciated and thier staff at the office are so helpful, great experience.

The apartment was lovely and clean, bright, and very well positioned for all of the local bars, clubs, and restaurants, which were only a walk (or scooter ride) away. There were restaurants and cafes with several cake choices at the bottom of the block and it had an underground car park which was very handy for us. The view was fantastic with the pools from several hotels below us and clear views of the sea and the big rock that you can see from Benidorm beach. I quite liked to sit on the large couch and just look out of the panoramic window at the bright lights of the strip or the glorious sunsets. The beds were extremely comfortable, and perfect for two couples with 2 bathrooms with walk in showers. The pressure was fantastic, always hot and available. Several lifts meant that we never waited for more than 20 seconds and all communal facilities and areas were spotless. I felt that it really was great value for money and we will be returning.

Water went off on to of our 3 days. Just around shower time. 😱💦

The views are fantastic and the apartment is lovely and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.

A little bit of maintenance is required on the ensuite shower door.

Apartamento muy sucio polvo en cada rincón y arriba de cada puerta sea de las habitaciones que del resto del apartamento, 5 días y nunca hubo un cambio de toallas o sábanas , de hecho tuvimos que salir a comprarlas , pero la cosa más fea fue la toma por el pelo del depósito !! Nos bloquearon. El depósito por una TV rotta , que nunca se encendió … hemos un grupo de jóvenes k regresábamos a la habitación solo pa ducharse y volver a salir hasta tarde en la noche, y por aprovechar el tiempo nos levantábamos temprano para salir a las afueras y así sucesivamente los 5 días , este reclamo lo hago público no solo por el dinero sino por lo deshonesto que han sido, mucha cordialidad para después aplicarla al final , yo viajo a Benidorm 3 veces en el año y de hecho jamás me había alojado en esa zona me hablaban del olor a fosa que por cierto es insoportable , se respira hasta dentro del apartamento, y esta vez a pesar de lo que ya les he contado , me salieron también con esta última, ojo a los próximos ….. y por favor reporten que esta gente tiene k terminarla de hacer estas cosas ….

Olor insoportable a fosa y falta de higiene total.
