Gemelos 22-3-21D Apartment Deluxe Levante Beach

High end luxury apartment. Modern decor, stunning views, well equipped (except there was no hairdryer but you can easily pick one up for 10euros at a near by store) It's very clear to see that the apartment is maintained and looked after extremely well by the owners. The location was perfect, right next to the supermarket, restaurants, shops and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. With it being such an high end apartment I think the only thing I could possibly suggest in what would have given it a more personal touch for me is perhaps a small welcome basket with just a few essential items such as tea/coffee, a welcome note & maybe a guest book to allow guests to leave personal reviews that the owners can look back on in the years to come. We will definately book again & recommend to friends/family.

Check in. The location of where to pick the keys up on the instructions had not been updated to say it had moved, once we had arrived there was a note on the door giving an address a couple of doors down but again that was incorrect, it was infact further down to that but you have to go round the corner. Once round the corner you can not miss it ( it is indeed opposite the casino but down the road more (next door to the Santander bank) We had been travelling with 3 children one just under 2years since 3am, we arrived at the booking.com office around 12pm, we was aware we could not check in until after 4pm but was not aware that they did not have a place to leave luggage. Luckily we have family that live in Benidorm who looked after our bags until we could check in but my advice is if your travelling with small children or have alot of luggage to perhaps look at booking later flights out so that your not sat outside with your cases for hours on end especially with restless children as travelling is stressful enough. Giving credit to the staff though they could see that the youngest was very tired & cranky and they did manage to check us in around 2pm so I am very grateful to them for that.

The apartment except for the height; nice and quiet;every thing you needed. Wasn't enough quilts for four people,had to keep asking as it was cold, couldn't figure out how to put heating on.

Collecting and returning keys a bit of an inconvenience as hours that the office is open is limited. No hair dryer. No dishcloth or washing up liquid. Pool closed even though indoor

The apartment was very clean, roomy and comfortable. The location is very quiet but within about 10 minute's walk from loads of bars and restaurants. The views from the balcony are amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty of storage for a short stay. The living accommodation is great: large comfy sofas and a decent TV. All in all, the apartment is really good and I would recommend it to others.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the lack of little things such as a plug for the sink, dishcloths, and a lack of general cooking implements and only a handful of dishes and plates and wine glasses. These are very minor matters really as the apartment as a whole is truly excellent.

Great location, apartment and pool

Small point of needing a few more kitchen utensils and more than one tea towel. I reported a cracked window which I expected to be acted upon but no action taken.

The property was lovely and was a lovely home from home. We loved the location and the pool was great too.

The only thing I would say is there was no tea towels or oven gloves and no instructions to use the cooker and air con etc . It would be a lot better if you didn't have to go somewhere else to get the keys and someone was on site to show you around. A meet and greet would of been so much better.

Really enjoyable stay in this apartment. I would definitely return and I would absolutely recommend to others. Location is brilliant. Close to everything but quiet in the evening.

The smell of the air conditioning, I don't know if it needed cleaning but it made me want to throw up.
