The house was a good size with plenty of space, especially the large kitchen. Had all the basic amenities you need. The designer details were my favorite.

I'm not sure about the owner occupancy during times not being rented out, or how long it has been since they've stayed there last, but the grass, landscaping & extremely large amount & size of the weeds that had almost taken over the entire yard (front & sides)was literally quite shocking! It must not have been maintained for several months for it to have reached that extent. The house itself although was adorable.But unfortunately my stay was of a natural disaster evacuation need & not for leisure, so the circumstances that came along with that ( no power for days) forced me to leave & find other accommodations where I could be more comfortable.
