Edificio IQON, Piso 28, La Mejor vista de Quito

I never got to stay as when I went to check in, the room was already rented to someone else. When contacting the property owner, he advised someone booked it already on another platform, which led me to have to find another location.

Nice clean apartment. Magnificent view. The area is safe. There is a mall nearby.

The property is extremely well located with excellent security. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

The building is GORGEOUS, but you CAN'T use the rooftop pool so misleading the website you have to reside 3 months in order to use the pool. The view from the room was breathtaking, huge apartment very nice but apartment needs some fixtures to be done. I was forbidden to take go to rooftop to take pictures of the view security was rude.

Lights in kitchen burnt out, scuff marks all around the apartment walls, falling large window in living room would not close, the bathroom draw underneath the sink is broken would not close it would open constant, little water pressure in the evening and on the morning there was NO WATER to take a shower, for a gorgeous building & possible was looking to invest (buy) an apartment it gave me a sour taste in my mouth with the whole complex making it difficult to take pictures to using the pool to low water pressure to no water next day & rude security, for a place like this should be a 5⭐ but give this place a 2⭐ for the entire building and it's use for the apartment I rented for 1 night give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but does need minor repairs & change the booking website about pool use and not able to take pictures on the rooftop to enjoy a beautiful view of Quito it's a shame such strict rules, I can only imagine for a owner how the rules are and thus looking at other apartments for investments to own.

There was no kettle in the kitchen

IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels and bed sheets but could not help with the window. We barely stayed here for two nights as our unit was on 28th floor and it gets cold at night. I wish owner had property manager in place to take care of such issues. And wish he had given support/supervisor contact to help tourists like us with no Spanish knowledge.
