Huge apartment. Clean. Easy parking. View of 2nd bridge.

This condo cover all the needed utilities and amenities like water filter machine, huge and cold refrigerator, washing machine, fast internet wifi, android box with TV. Rooms are huge and comfy with proper beddings and wardrobe. All bathrooms have water heater too. The view is spectacular. Direct view to the sea with clear view of Penang second bridge.

As for now, there's issue with the parking lot. Need to parking pay using your own money first. But the host is very considerate of offering compensation. Max rate daily is up to rm5.50. For quick outings, can just park outside the parking compound by the main road to save up parking fee. Only park inside when you want to park overnight for a more secure parking.

1.Nany stray dogs around the condo complex. 2.Not many shops around the complex. 3.The condo cleanliness is average. The bed sheets and blankets looked dull and time to change. 4.The views from the hall/master bedroom was awsome and great. 5.The utensils and plates/cup was basic.
