Location was not save; place wasn’t clean well; very noisy naighbors; thin walls; bathroom broken.

Host was responsive and gave very clear instructions to access the apartment. When we realized the room had only 2 towels and we had 3 people, I called the host around 9pm and he opened another room so we could get the extra towel, which we appreciated. Location was great, and it was very clean. Also pretty quiet at night. It felt like a safe, decent place to stay. Not luxurious but it gets the job done.

If you have 3 people staying here and need the living room couch as a bed, keep in mind that the couch bed is uncomfortable (and only suitable for short people). There’s a hard seam down the middle and the couch itself is a bit lumpy so you end up sleeping on one extreme end of it and hoping not to fall off. I was tired so I slept fine, but many people won’t. The host charges an extra $20 a night for sheets for the couch (we found an extra pillow and comforter in the bedroom), so maybe bring your own sheets (and extra towel) if you plan to have 3 people staying here. The bathroom sink also drains slowly and the bathroom door doesn’t close easily. Minor inconveniences to keep in mind. (The bed was comfortable though, so it’s much less of a problem with just 2 people.)

Owner's response quickly to my question.Simple and clear check-in information. The accommodation is conveniently located about 16-minute walk or 3-4-minute drive from the starting point of the Philadelphia Marathon. There is a paid parking lot next door.

Parking was a hassle. Blow dryer was broken.
