Very good host - very welcoming

Nice and fairly well equipped kitchen, both room were a decent size, the water gets hot quickly and I had no problem whatsoever with heating. Also the owners are very kind and polite.

It does need a good and deep professional cleaning. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give a 10.

Lovely hosts very helpful , very good location , clean, easy access to shops nearby. Good coffee shop around the corner

The location was great right next to gunnesbury Park. The host was very communicative.

The flats condition was not in condition as described. The bathroom was a little dirty. Shower curtain had mould and hair in recess. tt wasn't exactly a private apartment as the place was connected to the back of the hosts place. For the price paid it should have been cheaper.

Um……. Can I get back to you!!! Oh the company was good, mainly as I bought them up myself 😂

The owner told us we couldn’t have early check in as it takes ‘a long time to clean’ It was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Bits missing everywhere, mismatch sheets, towels like bricks, holes in walls, bugs, even a joke in the ceiling that goes into their house and looks into the shower!! Do not stay here unless you are so desperate for accommodation. Landlady very rude. Totally horrid experience.
