Place is clean ,beautiful,warm welcoming and very safe

That there is no luggage storage

This property is stunning it’s very modern and feels so cosy , you’ve got a gorgeous view. The room was very very clean and the security and receptionist were so polite and so lovely

I would say would of been nicer if the pool was bigger but that’s being nit picky, was a lovely pool despite

The staff was very friendly the apartment was beautiful clean and accommodating

Bathroom floor was very slippery and there was no mat when you stepping out of the shower we had to use the guests towels.

Close to De Waterkant, great location for the city.

Lots of issues with the room when I checked in that took a week to be fixed – broken lights, shelves, and other bits in the room didn't work. The security guards were often asleep on the job. The 'no guests allowed' rule was pretty stupid too.

Apartment had everything you needed

Location was good. Room was neat and clean.

Aircon did not work properly. Bed was too short and I am not a tall person (176cm) and just not a good mattress. Blinds did not do well at keeping light out of the room. Booking.com shows that it has a fitness centre - this is not true as it is not part of the hotel and I needed to pay for this separately and personally. I typically select a hotel which has a gym/fitness centre which my company will pay for. I arrived early at around 10am, and no plan was made to fast track a room until 2:40pm. Ive travelled extensively and hotels always make a plan of some sort, but here effort was made at all.

i loved the small cafe that was located downstairs. the building felt very safe and was modern. the room was perfect modern, clean and had everything i needed.

Location, simple, clean, white towels, comfortable bed, teeny and functional, smallish for two tallish people!

TV didn't work the first night nor the lounge area ligbt. Need instructions to use the high class stove.... Booking was arduous, lengthy and a pain in the neck. I understand the need for security, but I refer dealing with a real person. Next time I'll find a place that I can phone to book.
