The appointment was very clean and comfortable.

Posizione eccellente vicina al Palavela, alla metro e a diversi bar, farmacie e supermercati.

Posizione molto comoda alla fermata della metropolitana e al supermercato

Confermo quanto scritto nella recensione dell'utente che ha scritto prima di me (pareti da rinfrescare, scopino del wc rotto, accessori/stoviglie cucina mancanti, ...). Inoltre, per tutto il periodo del nostro soggiorno -3 giorni a metà giugno-, l'aria condizionata non era funzionante. Contattata più volte l'assistenza il problema non é stato risolto, nonostante avessimo richiesto un tecnico e nonostante il proprietario -col quale non parli mai direttamente, perché lo si fa tramite terzi- dicesse che da remoto a lui risultava funzionare... Di fatto impossibile che funzionasse, in quanto abbiamo capito che mancava uno sei sensori ad una finestra... Chissà se, a distanza di un mese, se ne saranno accorti?!?

Nice space , close to train and subway stations. Also close to the conference centre.

Could have been provided with some handsoap and tablewear. But those are minor things

It’s proximity to my meeting venue

The bathroom is very small. The drainage in the bathroom does not flow well. The room and Parlour heaters are in control of the owner of the property who switches them on at a very low temperature and not for long period of time, maximum was 2 hours. The occupant is at the liberty of the owner concerning the heaters and the room is always extremely cold at night. I sent several messages for the heater to be increased or left for a longer period of time, but didn’t get any positive response.

I was there for three nights for work and I did not manage to sleep before 2 or 3 am because of the neighbour. The walls are incredible thin and the weird neighbour watches tv until 3 am. The tv is next to the wall of the bed and it feels like you are in a cinema at 2 am. I tried to tell the neighbour but he turned up the volume even more and when I contacted the property, they told me that they will take care of it and I should not interact with the neighbour but nothing was done. On my last night it was even worse. If you need to rest during your trip this place is absolutely no go!
