USThe rear of the condo had wide patio doors from which we could see a fairway of the golf course and beyond the golf course, the ocean. The condo was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We liked it very much. The location was also great and we were able to find good restaurants nearby.
Each of the rooms had fans in lieu of air conditioning, but we were never hot and they worked well. However, there was no directions on how to operate them. The directions were necessary because the lights and the fans were hooked up together, so we had to press the button on all of the remotes one, two, or three times to work them separately. We never did figure it out. The television was also a problem because you could only play movies on it, we think. Again, it did not work as we wished. Directions would be very helpful.
USThe view from the patio is absolutely beautiful! Definitely enjoyed the mornings on the patio and the beautiful sunsets over the ocean in the evening. Spacious condo for 2 couples. Kim, the owner, was very nice and responsive. Very close to grocery, drug store and restaurants.
No air conditioning! This was a surprise to us, as we had just assumed it had air conditioning. No mention in the description of this condo, unlike many other condos which mention they do not have air conditioning. We should have thought to ask before booking. Would have been nice to be able to escape the constant heat and humidity in the reprieve of the condo, but we ended up going for numerous drives so we could be in the air conditioning of the car.
USThe property has an ocean view. However, it was quiet & relaxing. It was exactly what was needed for our group. Most often the pools were empty, too. It was serenity to the highest
